LICENSE FOR SALE OF BEVERAGES:

The complete file is filed with the Director of the Regional Center of Investment to take the necessary steps.

• Sworn statement
• Copy of the ID card
• Extract of birth certificate
• Extract the police record
• Criminal record
• Ownership title deed
• Certificate for Occupational Health
• Six ID photos
• Copy of passport for foreigners
• Certificate of Classification of Tourist Establishment

APPLICATION FOR CLASSIFICATION OF TOURIST INSTITUTION:

Can be categorized as a tourist facility: hotels, motel, inn, caravan camping, restaurant, tourist home, pension and holiday village.

Applications for classification of tourist facilities should be addressed to the delegate of tourism by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or filed directly to him for a receipt two months before the date of operation of the facility (for new facilities).

INSTALLATION OF BIVOUAC:

The installation of the Bivouac is subject to receiving an authorization issued, at the latest during the week following the date of filing the application, by the Wali of the region, after notice of a Regional Consultative Commission.

Requests for installation of bivouacs are sent to the delegate of Tourism by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or filed with him against a receipt.
They must indicate :
• The information about the beneficiary:
• the planned route
• the chosen installation site
• the number of entries
• the nature of expected equipment
• the length of stay
And include as annex :
• An express commitment to comply with the special conditions applicable for operating Bivouac.
• Contract of insurance against fire, theft of customers' belongings and civil liability.
