Temporary occupation of the state property:

Applications for authorization shall be filed with the Director of CRI, or with the Director of Equipment.




• A dated and signed request with the following information:
• Full name the developer or corporate name
• Address;
• Purpose of the occupation;
• Location of the plot;
• Duration of occupation
• Area to occupy
• Project Fact Sheet
• ertificate issued by the oil company when starting a gas station (roads or port public area)
• Commitment to pay annual fees
• Location map of the plot
