- Mandatory for all commercial companies and optional for individuals.
- Fees: 230 MAD for corporations and individuals.

- For all corporations
- Fees :
- 1% of the capital with a minimum of MAD 1000.
- MAD 200 for minutes + MAD 20 stamp per paper for the articles of incorporation + stamp of MAD 2 per legalized signature.

Freezing the share capital |
- The bank issues a freezing certificate on production of the following supporting documents: articles of incorporation, copy of the negative certificate , underwriting forms (limited company and limited partnership by shares) and amount of the paid-up capital.

Filing Articles of Incorporation
Registration in the trade register
|
- All corporations.
- Fees: MAD 200 for filing and MAD 150 for registration
|
| Publication in the legal ad newspaper (JAL) and the Official Bulletin
|
- For Public Limited Companies: publication in a newspaper for legal notices before registration in the trade register and a second publication in a newspaper for legal notices in the Official Bulletin after registration
- For other forms of Business Corporations: publication in a newspaper for legal notices and in the official bulletin.
