Attestation of non-agricultural use:
This certificate is required for any land located outside the urban perimeter, which will be acquired by:
- A foreign natural person
- A joint stock company (SA)
- A SARL whose share capital is held wholly or partly by foreign persons.
- The application on printed materials provided by CRI.
- The land certificate of ownership or the original title of the property for buildings not registered ;
- The cadastral survey of the property
- The site plan
- The plan of land use justifying the area applied for ;
- Articles of Incorporation of the company if the applicant is a corporation (1 copy)
- A copy of architectural plans (ground plane) of the planned project.
- The commitment of the developer relative to the implementation of the project proposed within a specified period.
